Volunteer Opportunities

Central Toronto Skating Club is a non-profit organization, run and managed by a group of volunteer members (skaters or parents of skaters). We recognize and appreciate the diversity of experience and skills our volunteers bring to deliver enriching programs and services to our members.


We are currently seeking enthusiastic, committed and dedicated board and community volunteers to join our team. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow our skating community.

Board Positions
As the Treasurer for the Central Toronto Skating Club, you will be responsible for the management of all club financial activities.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Forecast cash flow position, including attendance and preparation of financial summary for monthly board meetings
- Keep all financial records up to date
- Prepare un-audited financial statements
- Prepare and submit annual budget in consultation with arena board and City of Toronto

This position requires a minimum term of two years.

Desired Qualifications: Book-keeping or accounting knowledge and/or experience.

Community Volunteers

As an active member of CTSC, your participation in volunteer activities throughout the year is invaluable. Volunteer activities can include administrative duties, registration, test days and various special events. We encourage all members and parents of members to apply.
